Karthik is a second-generation politician. His father, Patlolla Indra Reddy, had an illustrious career in politics, starting as a dynamic student leader and eventually rising to become Home Minister.
Following his father's tragic demise in a road accident in 2000, his mother, P. Sabitha Indra Reddy, carried forward his vision, taking on the mantle of leadership with resilience and dedication.
Karthik draws profound inspiration from his father’s guiding principle: “A leader is one who inspires confidence among the people.” This philosophy drives his commitment to public service.
Since 2019, Karthik and his mother are prominent leaders in the BRS party and are enthusiastic about contributing to the party’s vision under the dynamic leadership of K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR). They are committed to supporting his mission to drive inclusive growth and development across Telangana.
